If you qualify for a Priority Card, you also may qualify for discounted tickets.

But there are things you have to know.

With a Priority Card, you are also eligible to receive a 25% discount on tickets for the person with the disability and one additional person. It is important to note that you do not need to have applied for and received an Access Card or a Priority Card in order to apply for this discount. Instead, Disneyland Paris requires that you have an original, accepted, document that ‘proves’ your disability. This is simply the method that they have chosen to make it easier for us (and them!) to process the number of applicants they have for these tickets. What makes this process easier for us is that the list of accepted documents is the exact same list as that for the Priority Card itself. So, if you have a document from the list for your country that is acceptable for a Priority Card, you will also qualify for discounted tickets.

The only way to buy these discounted tickets is online, making the process even easier. Which is good, seeing at this is already a lot of information to juggle and we haven’t even entered the Parks yet! You just need to remember to bring your original documents along with you for when you pick the tickets up at the Parks. Also, there is a limited number of discounted tickets available for each day (though I don’t know how many there are), so if you want to rely on this discount, you should book your tickets early to avoid any disappointment in finding out that they are sold out.

One important consideration for these discounted tickets is that this discount does NOT apply to bookings at any of the Disneyland Paris hotels. When you book rooms at a Disneyland Paris hotel, your Parks passes are already significantly discounted. So, if you are considering staying at a Disneyland Paris hotel, it may be more cost efficient not to buy discounted tickets separately. We’ll talk about some factors to consider in staying onsite rather than offsite in just a little bit.
